The news of her untimely demise was confirmed by her team as they shared the heartbreaking news on her official social media handle. As netizens are reeling from the shock, her last post on Instagram post has caught the attention of many as it talks about the balance of her life.
Posted three days before her demise, the 32-year-old actress shared a reel with the caption, “White & black: the yin and yang that balance my life. #poonampandey #fun #goa.” In the video, she is seen flaunting her curves while dressed in a white corset top and black leather pants. Recapping a recent event she attended in Goa on a cruise, she gives a glimpse of her time on a yacht. Fans have flooded the internet with heartfelt messages and condolences towards Poonam’s family. In a heartbreaking post, her team announced her demise. Sharing the news on her official social media handle they requested the fans to respect their privacy as they remember her. They wrote, “This morning is a tough one for us. Deeply saddened to inform you that we have lost our beloved Poonam to cervical cancer. Every living form that ever came in contact with her was met with pure love and kindness. Confirming the news, her team told News18 that she breathed her last on Thursday night. Her manager Nikita Sharma, in a statement to the press, stated, “Poonam Pandey was not only a luminary in the film industry, but she was also a beacon of strength and resilience. Her unwavering spirit amidst her health struggles was truly remarkable.”
Just a few days ago, during an interaction with the media, Poonam had heaped praises on her Lock Upp co-contestant Munawar Faruqui for winning Salman Khan’s reality show Bigg Boss 17. She had heaped praises on his game while stating that she had supported him since day one. During her stint in Kangana Ranaut’s reality show, she opened up about facing domestic abuse at the hands of her ex-husband Sam Bombay.
